Ingredients
  • 2 1⁄2 cups cubed and peeled potatoes
  • 1⁄4 cup milk
  • 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 1⁄2 teaspoons minced chives
  • 1⁄8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1⁄2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions
  • Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water; bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat; cover and cook for 20 minutes or until tender.
  • Drain.
  • Add the milk, mayonnaise, chives, garlic powder and pepper; mash potatoes.
  • Stir in cheese and bacon.
